Energywise MN  https://www.energywisemn.com/ is a program that rewards customers with a rebate for choosing energy-efficient equipment such as air conditioners. Several electric utility companies in our area (Zimmerman, Princeton, Elk River, Otsego, Big Lake, Monticello, Albertville, Saint Michael, Rogers, Ramsey, Coon Rapids, Maple Grove, Plymouth, etc.) have joined up to create an electric cooperative whose goal is to help customers save energy and lower costs!

Your air conditioning rebate will always be granted by your electric utility company.

The most common electric utility companies we work with for the air conditioning rebates are:

• Elk River Municipal
• Wright/Hennepin
• Connexus
• Xcel
• Energywise

At Rol Air Plumbing & Heating we LOVE rebates! It’s so great that we live in a time when energy companies also see the value in helping their customers save money, and in that endeavor, we are able to work together.

Money Goes Back In Your Pocket

When you purchase a new piece of equipment from Rol Air, whether it is a water heater, air conditioner, or furnace we register your equipment with the manufacturer to ensure your warranty gets activated, and we also process all of the paperwork required for your rebate. Your rebate check is then mailed to you directly from your utility company. You do not have to lift a finger, we do all of the work for you!

Rebate amounts are based on the SEER rating of your air conditioner. The higher the SEER rating, the more energy-efficient your unit is, and the more money you get back! Rebate amounts range from $150 for a 13 SEER air conditioner to $400 for a 16 SEER air conditioner!
